How long does it take to receive my order?

Our standard processing time is 2-3 business days. Shipping times may vary depending on your location, but we aim to deliver your jewellery to you as quickly as possible.

Can I cancel my order?

Depending on the status of your order, it may be possible to cancel the order. Please contact us at hello@chapter-one.au with your order number if you wish to cancel your order.

Do you offer gift packaging?

Yes! Every piece comes in eco-friendly packaging, perfect for gifting.

What materials are used in Chapter One jewellery?

We use solid sterling silver (925 Silver) and 100% cotton fabric in all our pieces. These premium materials ensure that your jewellery is both beautiful and long-lasting.

How can I personalise my jewellery?

You can customise your jewellery by choosing from our selection of engravings, pendants, and fabric colours. Visit our Personalisation Studio for more information on the options available.

What size should I buy?

If you’re uncertain about sizing, our Size Guide page can help you find the perfect fit.

Can children wear jewellery?

Yes, however while wearing jewellery, children must be supervised at all times.

Returns

Can I return or exchange my jewellery?

As each piece of our jewellery is custom-made and includes personalisation, we are unable to accept returns or offer exchanges once an order has been placed.
