As each piece of our jewellery is custom-made and includes personalised engraving, we are unable to accept returns or offer exchanges once an order has been placed.

Customised items are crafted specifically for you, making them unique and impossible to be resold.
For this reason, we kindly ask that you double-check all personalisation details, including spelling, dates, and design choices before confirming your purchase.

If you believe your item is faulty or there has been an error with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
